Best for

Use this to add one short date, title, or descriptive label near the bottom of an image. Placement is fixed. There is no free dragging, font selector, multiline layout, separate outline adjustment, or support for multiple independent text layers.

How to use it

Upload an image, replace the default ToolboxHub label, and choose the text color. The preview updates with edits, or you can press Generate. Inspect bottom spacing and contrast before downloading PNG. Reset clears the image selection and restores the initial content.

How to read the result

Text is centered near the bottom, preserving entered letter case and using bold lettering with a black outline. Font size follows image width with a 28-pixel minimum. Output keeps source pixel dimensions; the scaled preview does not change download resolution.

Privacy and limits

The source image and caption are combined in browser Canvas, without a remote text-overlay service or image-upload step in this code. Names, locations, or dates you type become visible information in the PNG and will travel with any shared copy.

Long text does not wrap or shrink automatically and may extend beyond the image edges or cover the subject. Prefer short labels and inspect the complete output. This tool cannot edit existing lettering in the source or preserve new text as an independently editable layer.
