Calorie Calculator
Estimate BMR and activity-adjusted daily calories
Quick guide
What can Calorie Calculator help you do?
Estimate BMR for healthy adults aged 19-78 from sex, age, height, and weight, then multiply it by the selected activity factor.
Best for
View estimated basal metabolism and daily calories after an activity multiplier, without choosing a weight-loss or muscle-gain target. This calculator uses body measurements and age; it has no food database and does not add up meals or measure actual daily intake.
How to use it
Enter an age from 19 through 78, positive height in centimeters and weight in kilograms, then choose sex and one of four activity levels. Defaults are male, 30, 170 cm, 70 kg, and moderate activity. Editing recalculates; Reset restores these example values.
How to read the result
BMR follows the Mifflin–St Jeor equation. Daily calories multiply BMR by 1.2, 1.375, 1.55, or 1.725, depending on activity. Both outputs are rounded to whole kcal. The daily figure does not automatically include a weight-loss deficit or a muscle-gain surplus.
Privacy and limits
Body measurements are processed within the page, without an external food or health API or built-in personal history. Google Analytics and possible advertising resources are separate page services. Browser-based calculation should not be read as a promise that the entire site makes no network requests.
The age range is an implementation rule, not a medical assessment of suitability. An empty or out-of-range age displays an error; valid input restores calculation. Outputs are not a nutrition prescription and do not account for illness, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other individual requirements.
