Quick guide

What can Date Calculator help you do?

Free date calculator to add or subtract days from a date. Fast browser-based tool for planning, deadlines, travel, and schedules.

Best for

Move a chosen date forward or backward by a fixed number of calendar days for itinerary notes or recurring work planning. This calculator does not skip weekends or holidays and does not apply contract-specific, business-day, or jurisdiction-specific deadline rules.

How to use it

Choose a start date, enter a nonnegative whole number of days, and select Add or Subtract. The initial example adds 90 days to 2026-05-27; Use sample restores it. To move backward, use Subtract without also making the day count negative.

How to read the result

The output is one shifted calendar date. Adding zero keeps the start date; adding one gives the next day. Calendar arithmetic crosses months and years without adding an extra inclusive starting day. It does not report the number of working days within the interval.

Privacy and limits

The date and offset are handled by browser-side date functions, without a calendar API or built-in itinerary storage. Copy result writes to your device clipboard; where you paste it is up to you. Site analytics and possible advertising connections are separate from the calculation.

Blank, negative, or fractional offsets are rejected; zero preserves the starting date. Inputs and results must fall within years 1–9999, and invalid dates do not roll into another day. The tool does not implement legal holidays, cutoff times, or statutory deadline rules and cannot establish a formal deadline.
