Speed Distance Time Calculator
Calculate the missing value from the other two
Quick guide
What can Speed Distance Time Calculator help you do?
Calculate the missing speed, distance, or time from exactly two positive values. Use consistent distance and speed units; time is in hours.
Best for
Solve for one missing quantity when distance, speed, and duration follow a constant-speed relationship. It is useful for checking a travel estimate or arithmetic exercise. It is not navigation and does not include traffic, stops, acceleration, or terrain.
How to use it
Leave exactly one field empty and enter positive numbers in the other two. Keep kilometres, kilometres per hour, and hours consistent; 90 minutes is 1.5 hours. Filling all three fields or leaving two blank does not define the requested calculation.
How to read the result
Distance divided by speed gives time, so 100 km at 50 km/h gives two hours. Multiplying speed by time gives distance. A result of 1.5 hours means one hour thirty minutes, not the clock-style reading of 1:50.
Privacy and limits
Inputs are manually supplied; this page does not request GPS access, vehicle information, or route history. You can compare hypothetical journeys without sharing an origin or destination. The result is not based on a tracked real-world trip.
Add waiting and rest time separately. Constant-speed arithmetic is not an arrival guarantee. This positive-scalar model does not handle direction, relative motion, or acceleration; convert other unit systems before combining their numbers in the fields.
