Time Card Calculator
Estimate total hours and gross pay
Quick guide
What can Time Card Calculator help you do?
Estimate total hours and gross pay from hours per day, number of workdays, and hourly wage. Enter hours after subtracting breaks.
Best for
Estimate total hours and gross pay when every workday has the same paid hours and hourly rate. The current widget has Hours, Hourly wage, and Quantity only; Quantity means days. It does not provide daily clock-in rows, clock-out times, breaks, or overnight shift entry.
How to use it
Enter paid hours per day, the hourly rate, and the number of days in Quantity. Defaults are 8 hours, a rate of 20, and 5 days. Hours must be between 0 and 24, the rate nonnegative, and days an integer from 0 to 366.
How to read the result
Total hours multiplies daily hours by days; gross pay multiplies that total by the hourly rate. Defaults give 40 hours and 800 in your input currency. There is no daily breakdown, so one fixed-hours entry cannot preserve the individual details of shifts with different lengths.
Privacy and limits
The three numeric inputs are calculated within this browser component. It has no attendance-file import, payroll integration, or saved time-card history in its code. Treat the result as a temporary calculation, not a recoverable timesheet; even an unnamed screenshot can disclose hours and earnings.
Subtract unpaid breaks yourself before entering daily hours. The tool does not apply overtime premiums, shift allowances, tax, or insurance deductions. It provides arithmetic rather than payroll advice, and its totals should not replace the underlying attendance records used to verify an actual pay calculation.
